All the rooms equiped toilets?

Yes. All rooms are equipped with electric toilets.

Can we choose where we want to have dinner and breakfast? If we can, can we decide when we check-in?

For dinner, we will serve you in room or private room. For breakfast, we will serve you in a banquet hall where you can see the garden. If you have any special request, please let us know when you book. We will try as much as possible.

Can you see the courtyard from all the rooms?

a

Some rooms do not face the garden, unfortunately.
The room with a view of the garden, we will suggest you book the Morinoyakata.

We want to know the opening hour for the outdoor bath.

a

Both public and private bath are available from check-in to 9:00am next morning.
From 15:00 to 21:00, reservation is required for public bath.(No charge for booking)
Available from 22:00 without reservation when it's open.
All baths are pure hot spring from the nature.

Can we reserve a private bath when we make a booking?

a

Unfortunately, you'll need to book when you check-in for a private bath. Reservations for private baths are accepted in the order of arrival at check-in.

Is it a pet-friendly hotel?

We aren't unfortunately. We will introduce a boarding kennel.(Pet-hotel)

We want to stay non-smoking room.

a

Honami, Matsukaze, Hatsune @ Nagominosato and Ume, Momiji, Tsubaki @ Private room with garden and an outdoor bath are the Non-smoking rooms.
For other rooms, we deodorize using an ozone deodorizer if requested in advance. We will also install an air purifier in the room for customers who wish to have a non-smoking room, so please note that when you are booking.

What time is dinner and breakfast?

a

Supper will be served between 17:30 and 19:30. We will ask you for your desired time at check-in. Please note that preparations may be slightly different if the preferred times overlap. We will ask you for breakfast at 7:30, 8:00, and 8:30.

Is there a Wi-Fi

a

Yes. You can connect Wi-Fi without password.
